Hi,
I want to fit my Metro swivel hubs with Mini PCD drive flanges, so that I can fit a set of split rims that I own. I had been assuming that it would be a straight swap of the drive flanges, but I now see that they seem quite different where they pass through the hub bearing.
Has anyone managed this conversion before, and if so, how? I thought of re-drilling the Metro drive flanges but there does not seem to be enough metal around the outside of the bolt hole to let me push the bolt out by the necessary 1/8".

Thanks for nay suggestions.

K-series to 4" PCD ? these are K-series drilled to 100 PCD so should be possible as long as you don't fit those original studs.

I am concerned about the amount of metal that will be left at the edge of the drive flange with the bolts pushed out to 4". Is it possible to use a Mini drive flange in a Metro hub?

I've never seen it done, I imagine they don't even share the same CV joint splines, and I imagine the internal diameter of the disc means the flange has to be the size the K-series flange is anyway.

Ok. Here's the next step in the thought process.... I take the metro cv joints off driveshafts and replace them with mini cv joints. Then I can fit mini hubs, drive flanges, wheels and (most importantly) 4-pot calipers.
Any idea if the cv joints are interchangeable? Suspension geometry will be designed to suit.

Whilst this thread won't answer your specific questions it may show you that your wheels may never work with a K-series set-up.

As I said, the subframe and wishbones will all be fabricated items and the suspension geometry will be designed to get the best out of whichever hub I end up using.
