Perfect conditions for running 048's...

or... NOT!!

539's are supposed to be poor when roads are that wet too though!?

The a048's were not Worse in the wet than the a539's in my opinion but it's difficult to say exactly when i havent driven Them more.

One of the old experienced guys i am in group with told me that new semislicks are exelent in the wet as the rubber havent been proper warmed through because of being cooled by the water on the road and therefor they are still super grippy as the rubber havent hardened yet. It makes sense and they still were very soft after Racing even when cold.

thanks
yeah there are still some minis competing but not as many as there used to be. I think they have all moved to track racing.
yes I am the only metro driver once there were a mk2 mg participating but it was in the standard category and only saw it once.

they are good thanks It feels a bit more direct even though I only put in the two front ones so far. I will put the two rear ones in during the winter when the engine is out, that way its easier to drop the subframe a bit to make room for changing the two rear mounts on the front subframe.
