oh and dont forget to weld the floor to the plate from underneath to just thought id mention it if you did already i cant see the penetration in the plate where you did thats all

I did the fabrication and welding lol but the metal I used was not a good welder had a hefty zinc coating.... Its all been tiger sealed on top and bottom and the bottom has extra coating of under seal to protect it just need to seal the heater seal up as that the reason for the welding anyway on the floor did the best I could within the time frame I had at a friends unit

Have to take the carpet up again at some point to dry out the damp so when I reseal the blower it gives me a good idea if it leaks when it rains again Will take pics of the finished work
