Bit of an odd one, does anyone know anything about this possible Metro based car? Photo taken around 1986/7.

Location: Jelling, Denmark		I read the thread on retrorides about this image and I do agree, it does look like a genuine picture, but what the point of that vehicle is I have no idea.
