Here's an 8 minute video i've just uploaded of me at the weekend in my Roversport Replica Gti with 160VVC engine.
Just an in car video through the countryside but i was driving towards the sun so not too visible in some parts unfortunately.

Thanks and it's an MG ZR 160 6 bolt manifold and downpipe, modded to a sportext ( 2 inch )cat back system. Plus i made a decat myself from a stainless steel 4 inch silencer ( 2.5 inch bore). So it isn't really a decat lol but an extra silencer, although is the straight through absorbtion type so i guess less restrictive than a cat.
The exhaust does hit the rear subframe though on right hand corners because i didn't do the best job getting the downpipe at the right angle and it's slightly too long.

Liking it, sounds quite healthy now. wheres that constant rattle coming from on the inside? Its amazing how much difference the zr160 mani and downpipe makes to the exhaust note. Mine sounds alot quieter and more tuned compared to the gti setup.

Thanks Morey

And the constant rattling which really annoys me lol i believe is coming from the rear parcel shelf plastic supports and or the rear washer unit plastic cover which just pushes on with those plastic clips. I need to sort it really

Yeah it's not bad, and you're right it's loud
I usually wear ear plugs just because it gets to you after a while, a lot seems to be road noise but the exhaust is loud too.

It was positioned in between the head rest and I positioned it to get the gear change In. Not much adjustment when mounted in between the headrest. So if it's not up to standards then that'd be why.
