what discs and pads should i go for what do i evan ask for ??? mgf of metro turbo and what year car should i ask for

and im running stupid tires atm
185,55,13 on the REAR toyo roadpro's there scrap
185,60,13 on the FRONT

what should i go for ??

Location: Herts		MGF or Metro GTI, don't ask for turbo you'll get the wrong pads! If it's a road car I'd use yellow stuff.
