Finally sorted out the pics today!

We fitted the vinyls earlier which involved machine polishing the relevant panels that we were fitting them too (which in turn made the others panels look beige!)

We bought the bonnet vinyl about 5 years ago i think to go on our VW T25 so cut a few bits off which we didnt like on there and fitted it to the bonnet - we like it.

Needs a good detail as the arches are filthy inside, panels have, as said, a beige tinge to them now, and the plastics have got previous polish on them.

Here are the pics then - still a few bits to tidy up on the inside and it also needs a new clutch but it was great on holiday and my parents are taking it away again in about half an hour.

In this van incarnation down to Bude and parents have taken it to Padstow this week, in the old van its went most places in the south of England

This van is a hell of a lot better, the engine is much smoother and dad said its much better to drive being a JTD

Haha no mate, as i think i outlined at the start of the thread we bought the van already converted (although it was a homebuild conversion anyway) but to fit it in this van we had to modify it somewhat as we fitted thinner wall material (other van had 10mm ply and carpet - this has 3mm faced ply so there were/are some gap issues.

There are a few pieces that could do with being done again but as i not work in the design department for a furniture manufacturer im sure i can wing some CAD drawings together and get that sorted.

Little update on this

Had the interior fabrics retrimmed this week as we are doing away with the green theme, so have gone with a nice grey pattern to run with the blue (as they didn't have any nice blue patterns), have to pop back next week with the old carpets so they can remake theme in a new colour

Then we will probably get the wood panels remade in a different colour
