Hi, i'm probably not the first one to ask, but i was just wondering if there's a guide/thread to individualizing your suspension? I've had a look on my rover 100 and it doesn't seem that hard to do? is it just a simple, take the fluid out and replace the old values with individual ones and pump it back up?

Sorry about all the questions i'm quite new and never done this before.

thanks

chris

If you're not lowering at the same time...
(either for lower ride height, or stiffer suspension at current height)...
then that's all there is to it!
I haven't even bothered taking my connecting pipe off the car yet!

Will need access to a proper suspension pump, ideally with a vacuum pump in it!

To be fair, mine is an A-series, so a different set-up, but it's the same principle.
Only issue we had was the individualising nuts wouldn't screw on through the hole in the hydrocan bracket!
Had to undo the strap and twist it around a bit to get them on...
that's as complicated as it got!!
With the thread pointing downwards you do lose more fluid and let air in...
hence a vacuum pump being the best option.

Main difference you should notice is under braking, maybe hard accelerating too.
Mine was a noticeable reduction in body roll...
even though I had loads of weight in the boot and a dog in the car...
so didn't even do any hard cornering to test it!
Been tracking down polyurethane bushes today to replace my 26 year old rubber ones!
Anxious to get it all finished and tested now!!
