FOR SALE
metro vvc sleeper with pg1 gearbox.
My metro is using a mems 2 143bph vvc engine and pg1 gearbox (73k on my clock) I still have the mgf it came out of and proof of its milage from mots.
Off the downer mgf I also used on the metro the:
Drive shafts
Brake calipers
Steering rack (yellow band)
Steering wheel
Bottom arms
Suspension canisters
Ecu and 5as immobiliser
Other spec:
New cam belt and water pump
52mm throttle body
82deg thermostat
Mintex discs and pads
Clutch release arm with grease nip (to convert to cable clutch)
Metro gti down pipe
Metro gti wide steels x5
185/60/13 falken x5 (best in wet for the size)
Metro gti clocks 130mph
Modified gear linkage
All the stuff to make it injection fuel lines, body and engine loom, indicator stalks, fuel tank and pump, water pipes to fit etc.
It is a 1991 metro 1.1c (so bottom of the range) mk3 shells done 43k
All converted to mpi with standard looks 30mm lower 400psi in the canister instead of 300psi. Both subframes hamerite waxoiled and shell underneath welding done where needed.
Mot till April 2016
Arches need attention to make the body work neater. Because it's bottom of the range I have kept it with no CD player or speakers but the wiring is there.
At the moment it needs head gasket doing (upgraded gasket kit include bolts etc.) and an mot had a pre not done that shows it needs ball joints and a tiny patch of welding to the underside.
just testing the water as to price and if someone wants to buy it as is or I can do the work required.
