Location: Leeds - A Better City Than Yours. | Hey.
Last week my cousin asked me to detail his wifes car as it has the standard faded pink vauxhall paint.
I focused on mainly getting it back to red and not so much on other parts. times an issue with everything thats going on right now, Uni etc.
It's not 100% perfect, started oxidising as I was machine polishing, grr so frustrating! Why did vaux decide single stage paint was a great idea... lol
Anyway.
Clayed with bilt hamber regular and machined with a chem guys orange pad with a combo of megs #105 and #205.
Befores.
Afters.
Thanks for looking and any comments would be sweeeeeet !!

Location: Tonbridge, Kent | Wow what a difference, it’s amazing how many red Vauxhalls you see driving around with this faded paint problem, what was it about the single stage paint that makes it fade so badly, you don’t tend to see it as often with other manufacturers. I also just noticed it only a 54 plate |
