ive had this since the beginning of the year, although its no C63 AMG type v8 you can not beat the sound of a lazy american v8
so thought i would share, I did take it to santapod this year and it done 15.1 seconds at 91 mph not bad for its weight and bhp
i have since fitted some stainless steel rear boxes to give it the sound it deserves

nice car pretty quick I guess. it must look quite different underneath than my rover 75 cdti.

how is it going with the a-series metro you have/had?

Cheers, yes very different underneath, front suspension is near as the same as the normal fwd albeit bilstein dampers. There not very fast at all, my brothers zandf remapped zt 1.8 turbo is similar speeds (lighter car to start with) only really bought it for the v8 sound and the rarity of it.

My old ausitn is currently be made into a rwd k series turbo by my cousin

aah ok. that is probably surprising to most people if you describe the two cars to think the 1.8t is faster

that is a serious plan for that old a-series that will certainly be really fast.
still with the engine in front? is it caterham suspension and diferentials or what are you using to make it rear wheel drive?

The v8 will keep going all the way to 155mph, the re tuned 1.8 t runs out of puff at 145mph, just low speeds the turbo will always be there
