Iv just had a quick nosey through, it looks so much better with white bumpers, agree with the above about the rubbing strips (lose em),
It would look alot better with those mpi gti wheels on... unless you have sold them to j of h!

This is very epic mate... I thought I'd miss the black and white exterior theme but having the bumpers white has turned it into a completely different looking car... love it well done

Paint the wing mirrors gloss black to match your wheels, things need to tie in with other parts

WOW.

The car has been left alone for a while, just been driving it really.

HOWEVER! I've got an engine, and a few bits to add to the car

All my various bits and pieces that are slowly taking over the garage lol

New Tyres.

I eventually got a picture of my car without the rubbing strips

One funny one to finnish.

Whats your guys opinions on the state of the head? I mean to me it looks alright. but i truely have no idea whether the head gasket has been changed already.

Engine is to be cleaned and various, extensions are going to be painted.

Apart from the block itself as i've been advised not to paint the block as it will keep the heat in the engine.

Wheels for sure, engine is a long way off yet. I'm only 19 on a very average income for a 19year old. So maybe later this year or next.

Spent a few hours today removing the 10 years worth of shit that had built up on the engine,
the result is so great i dont think ill bother painting it!

By far the best oil removing cleaner i've ever used. (We use it in the chip shop to remove the oil from the fryers. lol)

Stay tuned for more engine cleaning, gearbox removal + possible gasket changes here and there....
