Location: Bromley, Kent		A standard 200mm Rover 216 clutch and flywheel will be more than adequate.

If anything, invest in a lightened R65 flywheel.

They are hard to come by so you may be better getting a Rover 216 one and taking it to an engineering shop for lightening and balancing.
