Timing belt fitting.

Have just been fitting a new timing belt. I cant recall which way the top pullys arrow is to point. Is it up or down?

It's a 1.1 Advantage J reg (1992)

It will have a mark on in(line) with also Exhuast above it, this should be level with the engine and point towards the exhuast manifold, once your crank pully has been setup on the safe possition mark, the groove on the crank pully should point up vertically with the engine and line up with the single mark(line) on the plastic cover.

The top at bottom have come out of timing. Should there be a line on the plastic cover on the top pully as i cant see one.
