Expert Posts: 11052 Location: Wolverhampton | GTaddz - 24/11/2015 1:47 AM I had a 1600 with a 216 box from the donor car fitted, the previous owner had just bent the gear linkages to accommodate the non metro selector arm. It was awful to use, sloppy shifts and messed up gear stick positions with strange spacing between the gears, think fifth was nearly in the dash!Gandi69 - 22/11/2015 4:17 PM the 214s selector arm will be wrong for use with a metro/100 so use the 100 box Ah, forgot about that.
