| I have a rover 100 ascot and I have a 1.4 k series out of a rover214i can I use the rover 100 gearbox with this engine and what ecu do i need?????? To make this engine run

Location: Lincolnshire | Hi, Is your metro spi or mpi? If its mpi all you'll need now is a matching ecu,5as and fob. And a 16v manifold off any k series and a metro gti downpipe, 26quid on eBay new. As for gearbox, there the same |

| It's a 1997 ascot model not sure I think it is spi what is the difference? it's a 8v k series |

Ah, forgot about that. I Remember once when fitting an r65 from a metro to a zr we had to chop and weld the selector on. |
