Hi, Is your metro spi or mpi? If its mpi all you'll need now is a matching ecu,5as and fob. And a 16v manifold off any k series and a metro gti downpipe, 26quid on eBay new. As for gearbox, there the same

If its spi then you'll need many different parts, sure there's a sticky on here for conversions

the 214s selector arm will be wrong for use with a metro/100 so use the 100 box

Ah, forgot about that. I Remember once when fitting an r65 from a metro to a zr we had to chop and weld the selector on.

I had a 1600 with a 216 box from the donor car fitted, the previous owner had just bent the gear linkages to accommodate the non metro selector arm. It was awful to use, sloppy shifts and messed up gear stick positions with strange spacing between the gears, think fifth was nearly in the dash!
