I took my car in 10 days ago to fix the head gasket on my tro as I was working away.I got back yesterday and ask misses has garage said my car is ready as they said it would only take 2 days she said no not herd any thing of them .I went in today my tro in same spot were I put it .but had massive caravan next to it .I went into office to sort out bill but they said we have nothing down for repair and we wondering were it was as it was not in eye veiw as we had keys to it..to cut a long story short .the guy I give the keys to did not log it down in repair book and got him self a job in a different garage .so I have to wait even longer as they can not do it till Friday. No one probably wanted to touch it,
Or thought you would not pay if the work was done.
your better off somewhere else if you ask me.

Doesnt sound great service that. Are these guys known for their work on the k-series? If not go somewhere else, they'll more than likely do a poor job.

it still sounds uninteresting to me, but you have meet them so you know best what impression they gave you.

Hi All

Why don't we start a thread that gives some Garages with 'K' Series experts or who have given good service on a district or county area, or has this already been done, or is it against forum rules?

I can see a time when I will need to find one in Yorkshire given the hgf issues with these engines!
