| Ive scrapped a gti and dont blame yourself its the previous owners that aloud it to get to a state of disrepair, Only problem I never took the parts off for more metros to live so at least your doing the right thing putting it out if its missery and letting other younger models gain spec from it. |

Location: Wolverhampton | What you got there then? Engine, wheels, interior, various gti plastics from inside, gti clocks, spoiler, damper mounts, gti body kit. Reckon you can sell for 200 quid there I think. Hindsight is great but when it's uneconomical to fix it then rare as it is it's best to call it a day. Gtis these days are really a 50-50 split, basket cases and concourse big money minters |

drive it like its hired
| Metros are now classic cars.
If you want to play the classic car game you have to do it right.
If you want to use a secondhand shell and keep the original vehicles identity,Im afraid that is not permitted by uk law (fact) unless it was a new unregistered shell.
If you want to misrepresent or deceive after using the monocoque from another vehicle thats up to you. No one will find out and no one will care anyway.
But if you guys move on to different vehicles, you should be aware of this.
