Woohoo, finished the mega rear end rebuild yesterday at last. The ebay suspension pump worked a treat, much easier than I thought. The thing is, do you need to leave the car to settle when measuring the ride heights, or give it a good bumping up and down? I've somehow ended up with the opposite front and rear wheels higher than the others, not much though. Any advice greatly appreciated!

Oh, and I replaced the wheel bearings. Haynes say to torque up the nut to 66 Ilb/Ft. This is based on the ball bearing type ones, not the tapered roller bearings which Rover now sell as the correct part. Would anyone know if the same torque values apply to these please, as the tightness of the nut has an influence on how easy the hub is to turn?

Cheers!
