Location: Northern Ireland | Hi,
I have forsale the exhaust off my sprint car. My 1600 engine made a solid 150BHP+ on this system so it works and it's very quiet (good for track days, competition etc....). It consists of:
GTI Tubular manifold
R216 Down pipes, these are longer than the Metro GTI ones and improve flow a little. They require a bracket to be attached to your driver side floor, right at the exhaust tunnel, to support the bit after the flexible section, this is also supplied.
Janspeed system, designed for an A Series (so no CAT) but mildly modified to fit the K-Series cars, i.e. an extra bracket welded to it above the subframe. The outlet for the A-Series also shorter than for the K-Series so the pipe doesn’t extend out past the bigger bumper of the K-Series, I can weld a length of 2” pipe to this if someone wants?
The tubular manifold came off the donor car but is in good condition everything else is as new, it did one rolling road session and the 3 Sprint events.
I can post the system but it’s pretty heavy or it can be in Blackpool at the end of the month free of charge.
I’ll stick a picture or two on the site later tonight.
Got to be worth £100 to someone?
