what do i have to swap? not really got much to ask.. got a 8v r100 gta.. how easy so 16 the cheapest way?

I did exactly this to my missus's r100, so:
check pistons have 4 cut-outs in the crown for 16v compatibility, if engine is late type
then they will not be,
if so, remove cam belt covers, fit 16v head, belt covers and 16v cam belt,
fit mpi fuel pump, (if spi 8v).
fit mpi engine loom (if spi 8v).(any late mpi loom is ok, 1.1 or 1.4 is ok)
fit GTi ex manifold and down pipe.
fit 82 deg stat. (optional)
fit 16v ecu and matched alarm unit.
fit plastic mpi inlet manifold, dont forget servo pipe (if 8v).
