Ghetto style, couldn't even get my racing jack under it.

Plans have been scuppers to start using it Sunday, wheels won't be done til Monday at the very least

Had my first drive in 5 months just, fallen straight back in love

Fitted the new handbrake so it now releases and holds correctly, although the brakes themselves need looking at as it's appalling ATM.

Wheels are on and I flipping love 'um Do have something else in the pipeline for the wheels but not sure on it yet.

As mentioned on FB try the centre caps in dark grey (Photoshop or summat) I reckon they'll look good

It's good watching all the journals springing to life as we all go mental to get ready for PoL

Cleaned it and topped the wax up. I swear once I've got perfect paint it's gonna blow my mind, if it can look this deep when the paints old and shoddy

Its amazing how much better things look in pictures compared to real life

As you have nothing better to do now with being off work you can bring your gear off and clean my cars

Cheers guys.

Ad it wasn't too bad, I did it without taking anything off the car, bar remove the seats to gain access to that end of the cable. Although mine has resorted to doing what it always does and compresses more on one side

Anytime David, with regards to arches it will get some eventually, it's not going anywhere just waiting to buy a house with a garage really lol

Another year, another few hundred miles for the GTa.

I'm hoping to get some tax tomorrow so I can start using him again, making sure everything still works as it should etc.

I picked up a pair of doors off another tahiti GTa a few weeks back so will look to fit those before PoL if I can, and I am also hoping to do a deal with MetroMuppet for his tahiti GTi skirts which would be a nice touch.

I had a random electrical problem this weekend. I have been starting the car every week to make sure it's all ok but this weekend it wouldn't turn over, no clicking to signal that the battery is dead, just nothing - so I put the battery on charge as it was reading low on the volt meter but still nothing. Came back to it today and give a few electrical components a wiggle and it started Will have to keep an eye on that one I think.

I will hopefully get to detail it this week whilst I'm off work, god knows it needs it

The clock is ticking Andy, I suggest you spend a good slice of your time sorting out the scratches in your bonnet

Had a little session on it today in prep for PoL next week. I haven't changed the door yet but have done a few other odd jobs etc.

Trying to convince myself that I need to hoard a set of those genuine rear quarter panels atm too!
