hi guys have a rover 100 1.1 mpi am doing a engine swap with a 1.8 mgf mems 2 dizzy engine what flywheel/clutch will i need can i use the 1.8 flywheel?

You need the 1.1 flywheel. The 1.8 one is too big for the R65 gearbox bellhousing.

1.1 flywheel is no good, as it will only accept a 180mm dia clutch plate, best one is as Trebus says, a 1400
or 1600 flywheel will take a 200mm clutch kit.
