Hmm in need of loads of work! Do what you feel like mate it's yours at the end of the day. Or see if anyone else wants to take it off your hands

I just get the awful feeling there wont be no stopping with this car...

the subframe mount alone, i mean look at it! that needs some serious skill with a welder to repair that!

then the door shut seals, thats a ballache.

the jacking points and holes in the floor i can cope with but... its all time and money.

much rather have a healthy shell for a project.

It literally comes as it is.

No interior, no engine mounting arm (Subframe arm)

no battery or bumpers or lights

Think mine wad quite bad but it was aGTi si worth it in the end for me
guess it comes down to money or sentimental value.
i know i spent more on the restoration than the car is worth in money

Yeah, not exactly a special model. So that's why I think fuck it, scrap it.

Is not worth having a crack at, if for only the reason of practice your welding, and if it goes well, then you have saved another.

Probably best to offer it for sale as theres a few patchs needed there than straight off to the scrap yard!

I notice its a Gloucester car in white, probably on the forecourt the same time as my white K reg 1.1!!

I see the problem with you having neither the skill nor a welder.
but other than that, it doesn't look to far gone.

You cant change a coolant pipe on a vectra, what the fuck would you do with this?
IF you do end up having it though, give me a shout and I'll give you a hand. With the car though, not a hand job

your quite welcome to come and get it, just give me £50 and its yours (scrap value)

it has no bonnet, no interior, no lights, no bumpers, no engine mounting, choke cable has been severed, no tax, no mot, no coolant, no battery, bits of trim and mirrors missing. lots of little bolts missing here and there.

I cant imagine you wanting it as it is, but if you do feel free.

will deffo need a trailer and some way of securing the engine to the car so it dont fall out the washer bottle side of the car.
