when i brought the car a few days later i noticed the rear drivers side wheel was sitting in a lot compared to the other side
could it be a bent ? bush's gone

Most likely caused by the radius arm bearings being worn. Also have a look at the rear subby, its not unheard of for them to rot and weaken significantly causing the whole subby to bend.
