Hi All,

Wondered if any of you are running AVO or spax front dampers on your R100 or turreted Metros to see what the general consensus on which is recommended and which are adjustable on car (think Avo's are)
Also if anyone can recommend a useful baseline setting that would also be appreciated for track use.

Many Thanks

Dean

I'm running AVO coilovers front and rear, 700lb/in on the front (TF frame) and 180lb/in springs on rear, (turreted).
