hi
I currently have my Rover 114 up for sale on Ebay I notice I'm getting a lot of views and some watchers .
but currently I have no bids or even questions I'm just wondering if I'm asking to much or have a come across as a bad salesman?!?!

its a Red 1997 (R reg) 114 with a 1.8 Mgf Conversion I've spent quite a lot of money on the car and I don't expect to get it all back but I did expect to have bids already.
I have started the Bidding at £800 less than I paid for the car and a lot less than the parts that have gone into it over the last 6 months! am I being unreasonable or will the Bids come in Last minute? I put a BIN price in at £1800 in the hopes of a quick sale.

here it is Located in Burton on Trent

If im honest 800 quid in my eyes is the maximum its worth to someone. Maybe the standard interior and standard tyres and suspension? will put people off

£1800 is really optomistic even vvcs struggle to fetch that money

About £700 is on the money for someone looking for one that's already converted
As above the standard suspension and the price will be putting people off
The arches will want replacing in the near future so a buyer will have to factor that in too on what they want to pay for the car

thanks
I didn't change the interior due to the fact its in ok condition and quite comfortable.
but perhaps I'm expecting people to fall in love with it as much as I did and I shouldn't have spent so long working on the car

It has currently sold .
The winner says he will be coming next weekend to pick it up so that has me a little caucious incase he's a no show.
But I have had a couple of offers after it ended oddly
Even some women offering me more money to cancel on the winner! that was a first for me.
