Location: Jelling, Denmark | by the way. if the clutch arm doesn't move, try detaching the cable and pulling the clutch arm back and forth, it is supposed to move freely.
if the arm and plunger doesn't move freely remove the clutch cover. it really doesn't take long time and can be done without removing the engine, only the front engine mount and the battery and battery tray. 10-15 minutes and you have the cover in your hand. then remove then clutch arm and plunger, clean it all (careful with the release bearing), regrease all components, assemble it again.
if you want to remove the plunger, you have to remove the two adjustment nuts and when reassembling you have to adjust them which is not that hard. |
