Hi!! Not new but returning memeber. Here's a little bit of my story. Got my first car at the end of 2012, a 160 VVC 114 gta. Besides the engine, it was standard. That meant shoddy brakes, poor handling and skinny tyres, however I still developed an unhealthy love affair with it.

I sold it a few months later as it needed too much work for MOT, sad times.
Since the 'tro I've owned a Frog, a 106, 25 and a civic but nothing was ever the same.

Until today, I delved in and got myself another VVC like I swore to myself I would. This time it's the lesser powered 143 but it's in a Metro GTi shell that was previously used for racing. I believe possibly the metro cup? So she has grooved discs, weld in cage, bucket seat and harness, race fuel tank, battery relocate, perspex windows etc etc.

Currently without MOT and tax so she's going to be layed up for a while until I find the time to give her some TLC but in the mean time she makes a pretty driveway decoration.

Let me know what you think!
