heres my tourer had her about 6 or so months really like it now but wasnt so keen what i brought it... but was cheap and something to run the family around in ..... when i got her it had a horrible letter box sized exhaust with a spark plug tapped into it ? yes seriously.... mg zr straights a clunky noisy gearbox no parcel shelf and a horrble state inside and out.... thought the temp gauge was broken untill me and a friend was givin it some love to find that the thermostat had been removed basically ....some stupid plonker thought it would run faster ?it had been cut and the spring and bar removed from it internals ...knobheads.....what else ....hmmmmmmm...think thats it so i had to get it lowerd and off them silly zr straights ....so i did and fitted my old sei rims off my late r8(oh i miss u)and it looked loads better ...then brought a standard bckbox with had a nice crome tail piece....then was searchin for a parcel shelf but this was like finding hens teeth apprantly ...but a good guy off of rover tech from walsall had 1 for me in the right colour for 10 pound collected ...result....i have since serviced the car ...used some lucas oil stabilzer in both engine and box ..fitted some hids (now i can actually see in the dark) oh oh oh and i got some BRM rims from wales on sunday from another member of rovertech 150 collected with brand new goodyear eagle f1s up front and brand new nankang jobbies on the rears .....well actually i think they are 45 v6 rims cuz they a slight different colour and have rover center caps ? but i dont care cuz they look MEGAAA.....got a rocker cover off of turley_vvc to fit in white and just fitted some rover front wind deflectors i got cheap off of ebay ....next plans are rear wind deflectors if i can find em front splitter not sure what type yet ....or coupe/r8 front bumper with fogs and ive just won some 220 gsi rear spats that im guna fit wen i get em cuz think it ay look cool ....cheers dave

Thats really nice, I think the wheels bring the car a little more up to date!

Bring it to Pride of Longbridge?

The older these get the better they look

Has that got the half leather trim? Could do with a Coupe bonnet with the bulge on so it looks like one of the handful of VVC Tourers Rover built.

Coupe bumper with the factory spots? There was a Rover spotlight kit similar to the Coupe set up for 'normal' 200/400s, I've seen them when I have been browsing Ebay in the past

Would look tough with one of the Rover 200 Motorsport front bumpers , but I'm not sure if they fit with the later style grille? and seriously doubt you'd find a white one, only ever seem to be on BRG or red cars for some reason

fog lights always get good bids on ebay as they get smashed easy and also rust up and dont work. i've sold some for more in the past.

Rover did plastic bezel adaptors to fit your original bumper. Check cars for sale as some have them,

Whatever you do, do not take styling cues from this man:-

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MODIFIED-ROVER-2-0LT-GSI-TOURER-TURBO-1995-/380320406454?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item588cdcdbb6

Although the engine bay and interior look very nice indeed

I wonder if one of those funky 90's Mondeo Si estate spoilers would work on the tailgate?

Very nice!

Gives the same sort of look/ spec as a modern estate car now. Looks really nice and tastefully modded. Silver wheels keeps it looking OEM.

Can't wait to see in the metal.

update 26/07/11
avo ajustable coilovers
rear wind deflectors
re tinted all round with suntek 30% fronts and 55% rear in charcoal
re fitted original airbox as imo the pipercross viper was bogging it down
fitted an original boot carpet from the scrappy £5 ...bonus
replaced the gearbox as the main shaft bearing or diff had gone really noisy
and replaced the release bearing as this was knackerd too
