Here's a brief journal on my Metro that my son has named James
He is a Metallic green 5 door R100.
I've had to do a little bit of work to him since I purchased him in October.
Here he is shortly after I picked him up. Not in great condition but very much usable XD.
The next few picture show the small jobs I had to do to keep James usable.
The few jobs I had to do were to change the alternator, locate a oil leak, remove the very crusty metal bar behind the bumper and tidy up some exposed rust along the sub frame.

The latter pictures show some of the work I did. The new steels will be getting new rubber on them soon and the block itself appears to be leaking oil. The plan is to drive it until the block gives in then I have a excuse to put a better lump in. Tidied all the surface rot that was starting to show on the frame but all well and good now. Has a home brewed exhaust on it that's a little too noisy but that's not high up on my priorities yet XD
