I have a 1993 Metro 1.1s it is awful on fuel consumption not too bad on a long run but around the town very poor, and the plugs are always black and sooty so I know it's running too rich, so I was thinking of getting a repair kit, does anyone know what carb was fitted to this model, thanks

I believe its called a KIF44. try getting it adjusted either just at idle or at a rolling road.
