Don't I need the front sensors too or is that what you mean by the whole loom???

There are no sensors on the front on the car. It's only steering wheel to fuse box. I'm not sure how the car knows when to set it off, as it's all contained inside the steering wheel.

It's a mechanical airbag so there is a counter weight mechanism and a firing pin that fires the charge to the airbag you need the loom I guess to power the charge lol learning the differences between electronic and mechanical airbags lol in my auto electrics course
