Location: Gloucester		As above, sent one recorded delivery about 10 days ago and it still logged on Royal Mails system and not signed for.

As they will probably receive thousands of these do they even sign for their post on recorded items?

Location: Gloucester		the V5 I sent of has come through, DVLA didn't sign for it. Paid top price postage for no reason and a 1st class stamp would of covered it.
