Hi everyone

Right I hope someone can help me, as I've just spent most of my day off trying to fix my lights, as the title explains, I have none of these. This is for my 1994 Rover Metro GTA 1.4 SPI.

I have changed the indicator stalk, I have changed the fuses, I have changed the bulbs, I've changed the relay, everything. But still nothing is working.

I still have side lights and all my other lights work just not these. Does anyone have suggestions on what this could be? Also, sometimes when I try and put the headlights on, I get a ticking noise, which sounds like it's coming from the fuse box.

If someone could help me that would be great. If someone wants to come and have a look, please feel free, I would be happy to pay you for fixing it!

Could be fusebox knackered, they go on the printed circuit as they cant handle the heat from the little yellow
headlight relay in the corner, you get different faults for the same problem, like no dip, but main
is ok, no headlights at all, just dim-dip, etc. you need to get a fusebox with the same number on the
purple sticker as one is for Rover Metro, and the other is for Rover 100.

Well I have fitted the new fusebox, but as the fusebox installed was from a 1.1c, the ones without an ECU, I have no interior light or stereo . Unless I connected it up wrong, but everything else seems to work quite nicely, so im pretty impressed with my work, as I've never done it before .

So if anyone on here has a 1994 fusebox, please let me know as I have no interior light, no stereo and no clock. (The clock on the 130mph Rev counter lol).

Are there any part numbers on your original fusebox? I have a fusebox for a mk3 lying around thats no good to me.
Also I think the sterio, interior lights and clock run off the same fuse. Check that circuit.

Hi again guys, just thought I'd le you know all know that everything now works as normal, if not better! Thank you GTaddz for telling me to check the circuit. I had all the fuse box out again, to double check it all, and I plugged it all in properly like the first time round. So it was time to actually check the fuses properly, and it was fuse hole number 12 that had a blown fuse. Silly me didn't think to check and change, but everything now works, so thanks again guys!
