Keeping the turbo just got bored with nothing to do. Vvc mini came up at right price and panel beating friend is quiet so got a good deal on the body work. May turbo the mini but as with the metro you can have too much power | ||

Expert Posts: 2812 Location: Bournemouth | Picked it up today, will be stripping it this week and seeing whats what. Basically it will need a lot of welding, but all the bits are there and my mate Cheeky Scott (who sprayed my metro and did the 13.99 at santa pod) is mini mad and will do the body work / spraying Dont think its an original colour its like a shit green, we are thinking it was originally black but we will see Has a metro loom for the engine and a metro fuse box and interior loom with metro clocks Looks like this on the back of a truck There is also talk of junking the 160vvc, we have an ascot for this, and putting a 1.8 turbo in with an emerald and speak with Matt P about a map..... Had a look at the spares, car has an SPI tank and all the panels needed for welding 2 sets of gt clocks pedal box and grills.....bargain !
