Elite Veteran Posts: 1017 Location: birmingham | I was gutted to see all the dinks and dents down the side because that was one of the cleanest metros iv owned. And the brm grill is your choice not mine but it's not my cup of tea. It was just ashame to see the dinks that's all.

'Metropower's James May' Posts: 2977 Location: Southport, North West | You an me both, it has had 20k put on it since I got it so it wasn't ever going to stay mint. It still is solid under it, been through its last MOT not needing any welding for 2 years.

Elite Veteran Posts: 1017 Location: birmingham | It dose'nt seem that long ago. Lol. And I new it was a clean car. But I had my silver one. So there is times where you carnt keep everythink. It's nice to see its still going. And it's nice to see that it has not had any welding.

purple_metty Posts: 2165 Location: leicsestershire | ill be bringing mine next year, was nice to see all the metros together I Loved the journey there in the 160, 3200 rpm at 70 seems so effortless and it pulls like a train. After seeing the pg1 boys with the battery in the boot has convinced me that its another job to add to my list of things to do..

purple_metty Posts: 2165 Location: leicsestershire | That was one of my favourites aswell, and the engine bay of the white gti rep on tb s was sexual! It would of been better if more bonnets were up tho .. Edited by redgrave66 14/4/2013 11:34 AM

MP Admin Posts: 17870 Location: Gloucester | Great pictures! Was a top day out, very impressed at the numbers of Metro's and everything else! I think I was the only mk1 MG Metro with 'JOT' there this year which was a little disapointing!
