I have a 1993 1.1 light blue rover metro anyone give me more info about my car??
Im second owner, now I have just paid out for lots of things such as:

• headgasket
• new radiator
• new clutch
• new coolent pipe

I now want to do a full respray with sparkels, im happy to pay the money would you agree
to continue???
This car is my world as I also own a 1987 limited edition park lane mini! Would never own
a new car.

Welcome and why not it's your car after all just make sure all the rust is gone before you do the re-spray

Its hardly got any rust one rear arch needs a small repair but has been in a garage all of its life until I got it
one old lady owner before me. Anything else I should look for with metros ie things going wrong??

Rust is the biggest issue as you will probably gather. To be honest there will always be something to fix on any car of this age, having said that as long as you look after it you should be fine.

Shes called bluebird, shes my profile picture, had a real job uploading as my files to big I shall get some more sorted, shes got the boxy front end

oh and trust me I own a mini and that is the definition of rust haha
