My friend does one off Rallys in this if anyones intrested. Its a 1300 8v MPi RR at 108bhp. It was a real rallye but the first one got rolled and reshelled. Was a good event and there were 3 Metro 6r4s there too!
The last picture of another lad in a 106 rallye but his tyre went near the end. He was our nearest rival but a nice group of people. They came over to help when my mates 106 conked out!! Was a duff sensor.

Love the 106 Rallye's. There was one down the road from me for ages, its dissapeared now, if I had known they were getting rid I would have gone and asked about it.

Love the 106 rallyes... been looking at a nice one on ebay at the moment.  good to see them still on standard wheels.

Im just glad to see a small Pug or Citroen that isnt on 19"s with a 'mental' jap body kit and a 1.1 engine.
Looks like a wee weapon Martin!

whats the advantage to a 106 rallye that a stripped 106 gti couldn't do/be?

wouldn't have thought there'd be much weight difference yet the 1600 makes loads more torque + peak power

I assume its tarmac rallying, as those dont look like gravel/mud tyres to me?

The day we went was all concrete farm roads. I think each session time was around 7 mintues. Hes got a few sets of rallye steels with different track type tyres.

The Rallye is less chav, and is just so much cooler!
