Only driven this car about 180 miles so far but at one point during the journey I couldn't select gears. When the car was stopped and the gear lever in neutral, it was dragging on a gear and trying to pull the car slightly... Then a few miles later I couldn't change gear with the clutch pedal pressed but I could fine without it. Then started behaving itself, gearbox does have a slight wine in top gear but wondering what could cause these issues.

If anyone could shed any light on anything that would rock, prefer to not take the gearbox out if I can aha

If I were you I'd just bin the box and stick a new one in and a clutch while your at it.

Has the clutch pedal felt different since it's been working ok ? Low pedal when faulty / higher pedal when ok

To be honest I haven't driven it enough to notice, I'll pay attention to where the bite is on my next drive
