Hello,
1) The ball-pin (without socket) is tightly stuck into the strut, perhaps because the spacer between them is missing
Is there a way to loosen it by some solution or heat etc.? Then, how to extract it with least damage?

2) Its plastic socket is stuck in the radius arm: how to extract it without damage to the metal?

Thank you

Soak it from the inside with some WD40 or diesel, then you can drift it out,
You can dig out the plastic cup with a screwdriver, you wont hurt the metal.

the ones I have tried are quite easy to get out, so I agree with this comment.

by the way, the metal ball can normally be reused and the plastic cup can be purchased from minispares or someone like that.

I wouldn't normally re-use the metal ball as it gets scored across its surface if its worn through the plastic cup, so fitting just a
new plastic cup will be a false economy, anyway the whole bit, cup and ball with grease are not expensive.
