| no, it just looks like youve smashed the std one and not had a chance to paint the new one. big power jap cars sometimes get away with it, but a metro wont. |

Location: hertfordshire | Carbon bonnet is a good way to save weight. Not that a metro bonnet is that heavy.
Thing is as people are saying, everyone will assume its done to look like a japanese car, rather than for the right reasons. In which case you could spray it to match. I think it would look fine on a black metro though. Most people won't notice it. |

| Yes but only if you then get it sprayed to match the car...  I have seen it done on a local escort and it doesnt look to bad on that with red and red carbon fibre.. but apparently its expensive.. |
