Has anyone got the part numbers for the correct clutch kit and flywheel I need for a 160vvv onto a r56u gearbox?
Read it's a rover 200 1.6. One I need. But couldn't find any part numbers?

often people are led to believe that its 216/416 only but the same flywheel and clutch was fitted to 1.4 and 1.6 25's, 45's, zr's and zs's with an r65 up to 2003.

after 2003 an ib5 box was used. The flywheel looks identical and has the same part number stamped on it but its actually bigger and doesnt fit an r65 box.

R100 mpi 1.4 flywheel, not Metro as most use a different signal pattern (3AS single button alarm), you need 5AS 2 button alarm type Flywheel.
Clutch kit for 1.4 and 1.6 is 'URB 000050'
