You carnt fit a r100 bonnet on a metro if you aint changing all the lights, bumper and grille

Im not sure but you might need the hinges, if not you need to undo the two 10mm's and lift the bonnet up.

Go and look at the hinges, if they are different on a 100 to your hinges then get them off the 100. I don't see why they'd be different though.

I don't think anyone who knows the answer to your question has seen it.

seem to remember years ago that mike off PMC had to swap the hinges too whn he changed his metro pannels for r100 ones.

There's two bolts kinda up on the underside of the panel the wipers are on iirc which hold the hinges on.

Are you sure the bonnet and wings are all properly adjusted? They ain't just plain holes in the hinges for the bolts, iirc one is square to adjust etc...

Theres a little lee-way where the bolts go on the hinges...cant you not losen them and push bonnet..or pull i should say further up then tighten them?

Im sure theres no need to fiddle with hinges when doing a metro to r100 conversion.

I have just put r100 wings on my metro ...no problem there with bonnet.

I think its just a case of undoing the 10mm's and adjusting it on the hinge.
