You dont just need a 1600 one, a R100 (not metro) 1.4 mpi flywheel will be ok, as that will accept the 1600 clutch plate and cover.

How about a 1.1 mpi flywheel from a r100?

Just read that you are now sorted,
For info: a 1.1 flywheel will only take a 180mm plate and cover, a 1.4 flywheel will take a 190mm or a 200mm plate and cover,
MG commonised the 1.4 and the 1.6 clutch kit as a 200mm kit to save money, it was done around the time the 1.1 K engine was dropped
from production.
