Well then boys and girls... this one isnt a Metro or 100 but all the same im sure a few will like to see this one With the lack of having a Metro VVC atm and having a set of R888's for my R25 GTi the decision was made that a trackday should be done so that they didnt "go off" over winter...well i thought that was a good excuse

Here's the vid:
http://s3.photobucket.com/albums/y63/Adrian_Si/?action=view¤t=25GTiDonny.flv

The car im following to start with is the famous Supercharged Ascot...although it's not being driven to its full potential as the noise limit was 98dB and SuperT happened to be throwing out 107dB! Which was causing a black flag to be waved quite frequently!

Here's a few pics too :

107dB is quite loud

Looks good, is the suspension all pretty much standard?

Yeh its sitting on std ZR dampers with Avo lowering springs and shortened bumpstops. Handles really predicatably and very stable, which is good as technically Lowering springs are not generally considered as that greater upgrade for track use. Im sure on coilovers it would be another story again, but for the cost, handling, and road comfort i cant really fault them

It looks quite composed for a road car, only thing I would be thinking about would be some more negative camber on the front, perhaps another 0.5-0.75º static, would get you in pretty much the right place then I would say.

Yeh im pretty sure that the ZR160 had greater Castor and Camber, if i happen to find complete front hubs at the right price i would think about changing them... am already running ZR160 brake set up on Yellowstuff pads

Looks good Ade - but it's going round corners on too many wheels!!

Was Sacha's really registering 107db on a drive by? I'm sure mine only made about 80something db on the driveby at Donny.

Lol i gave i me all to get a wheel in the air...its far more difficult in a propper car lol!!!

Yer Sacha's was continuously setting off the noise meter on drive by at 107.XdB! If you listen in the background on my video you can hear it...that was short shifting unall im told ha!
