Member Posts: 69 Location: Blackburn, Lancashire | Hey Guys and Girls I'm Andy and relatively new to the metro scene and already learning a lot about how they how they affect your bank balance haha I am 26 and a currently self employed car mechanic of 10 years.. But these vehicles are simple and ace haha I currently run a Stock R100 Knightsbridge with the k series 1.1 mpi but have so many ideas for it... VVC 1.8? MGF Front brakes etc thanks to few ideas from some fellow metro/100 owners.. My first experience of ownership has been a challenging one with a ball ache water pump change that took 10 hours. Mainly due to rounded rusty bolts, incredibly tight bottom pulley bolt and RIDICULOUSLY tight tensioner bolt that broke one of my tools all the way down to the dreaded bleeding of the system.. I loved it though haha got a few pics of the car and the current little chances that i have done.. Thanks for your time reading and I hope I hear from you AndyDento27

Member Posts: 69 Location: Blackburn, Lancashire | Yes definitely fun and games haha New issue is the floor as it has a considerable sized rust hole in the front passenger foot well that I am going to have to weld up on Sunday at a mates unit. Thankfully he is a Tro head too haha he has given me the most obvious places that the water is getting in from like the seal on the heater motor and the usual culprits door seals... Needs sorting none the less and I will put the pictures up in the Gallery under Welding Job haha
