I have to say just got a new front screen rubber from Ralph. Bodyshop struggled to fit it, was that tight.
Anyone else had the same issue?

i think it depends on the windscreen, i fitted a new rubber to mine and was just like normal easy to put in, using the same rubber but different screen
it was a pig to fit, to the point i was using my hand as a hammer to make it go in the frame

Right,
that makes sense, I think the earlier screens are thicker or maybe the tinted ones are.
