should fit an r100 - those had r200 steering wheels as standard. 200 wiper stalks etc too.

won't fit metro.

Rover 200/400/25/45, ZR ZS and MGF/TF will all fit onto the R100 colume as they use the same bore and spline, If you had a Metro then the only wheels that would fit is Metro and early mini.
