Strange exhaust

Re-Carbed Posted 4/10/2016 7:03 PM (#722771) Subject: Strange exhaust Member Posts: 67 Just had the whole exhaust system replaced on my 1.1 1993 carb version and the whole, old system was completely rotten - after just 27k miles in 23 years. Putt - made to last eh? I am happy with the new system as it is very quiet but...whereas the tailpipe used to come out at a right angle to the rear of the car, this tailpipe is bent at about a 45 degree angle as it exits the rear box and points at the rear n/s quarter of the car. Any ideas anyone? Apart from "they've fitted the wrong one". The back section is the right part no AN536.
